Behind the Lens
From the moment I walked into the brand-new Barre3 Myrtle Beach studio in Carolina Forest, I could feel the energy buzzing. Music, movement, and the feeling of community filled the air - and I had the honor of capturing it all as the brand photographer.
Celebrating this new beginning with community, intention, and Barre3 values
A Grand Opening with Purpose
Barre3 isn’t just a workout, it’s an experience built around strength, cardio, and mindfulness. The opening of this new studio brought all of that to life, from the warm welcome at the door to the inspiring first day of classes that followed.
Kylie Kirbus and her top-notch team poured so much heart into every detail of this launch. From the thoughtfully curated decor to the custom Barre3 swag and post-workout sips at the Wandering Wheels drink truck, the space felt energized and inviting.
A Community That Shows Up
One of my favorite parts of the day? Watching the local community show up in full force. Friends greeted each other with hugs and smiles. Several women traveled from Kylie’s former home of Fort Mill to show their support. New connections and friendships were created. The Barre3 team made every guest feel welcome and celebrated.
Here’s what Kylie had to say about the big day:
“Grand opening weekend was a huge success!! We met so many new faces within our wonderful community!!”
There is a reason the community showed up - Kylie has been showing up for Myrtle Beach by hosting free classes multiple times a week for the last 9 months. She has been sharing her gifts fitness, mindfulness, and friendship with Carolina Forest all while training team members, supervising studio construction, and building up the systems needed to make the entire Barre3 experience seamless.

Capturing Connection Through My Lens
Being invited to document the Barre3 grand opening reminded me why I love photographing for business owners. These are more than just photos - they’re core moments. They show the faces behind the hard work - the heart and soul of our community.
